Meet novelists Suzanne Uttaro Samuels and Ellen Rockmore

Suzanne's novel, Seeds of the Pomegranate, traces a young Sicilian woman's journey from artist to counterfeiter as she reckons with her family's struggle to make their way in the early twentieth century United States.

In Ellen's novel, The Given-Up Girl, a woman seeks to reconnect with her adult child--the child she bore while a student in college, after she ran out of choices.
